Yoga Program

This class is designed for Ladies who have been practising for only a short period of time. You will cover the foundational postures of our Vinyasa yoga sequence, breathing exercises and meditation techniques that form the fundamentals of yoga.

The focus is on fun and respecting their bodies and each other. Yoga poses are taught in an age-appropriate way and are further developed as children gain more confidence and understanding.

This program draws from the rich lineage of Vinyasa yoga, and the methodology combines the flow and power of Ashtanga. You will receive a thorough grounding in asana, alignment, anatomy, sequencing and philosophy, as well as an introduction in Yin yoga, meditation, pranayama.
